Telephone calls are free, and you are not restricted in the number of calls that you can make during your 12-month subscription. Alternatively, email your query and receive a response within two working days.

Completely Trackable - Incidents are given case numbers, so you can easily refer to the history of an issue. All calls are recorded and where appropriate, a follow-up email clarifies the main points of the advice given.
